Reheating Holiday Meals

Please remember that all ovens are different and the time needed to reheat items will vary based on your oven and how full it is. All meats and poultry are different in fat, muscle, and weight and can take different times to cook. Make it perfect every time, and always use a thermometer for accurate re-heating.

DIESTEL TURKEY

Your Diestel turkey is fully cooked. All you need to do is remove the turkey from its bag, heat, brown, and serve. Place your turkey in a solid pan and cover with foil. Place in a pre-heated oven at 325ยฐF and warm for 1.5 – 2 hours. The internal temperature should read 165ยฐF near the thigh area.

**Do not fill the turkey with stuffing**
**Stuffing should be re-heated separately**

BUTTERBALL TURKEY

Your Butterball turkey is fully cooked. All you need to do is heat, brown, and serve. The Butterball turkey is in a cooking bag. You can either take it out to reheat; or, leave it in its own juice to reheat. Place your turkey in a solid pan and cover with foil. Place in a pre-heated oven at 325ยฐF and warm for 1.5 – 2 hours. The internal temperature should read 165ยฐF near the thigh area.

**Do not fill the turkey with stuffing**
**Stuffing should be re-heated separately**
**Caution when opening the bag after heating**
**Trapped steam and juice is very hot!**

HORMEL CURE 81 SPIRAL HAM

Yourย hormel cure 81 spiral ham is fully cooked. All you need to do is heat, brown, and serve. Place your ham in a solid pan. Place in a pre- heated oven at 325ยฐF to 350ยฐF and warm for 45 minutes or 1 hour. The internal temperature should read 135ยฐF.

U.S.D.A CHOICE PRIME RIB ROAST

Your USDA choice prime rib roast is now rare to medium rare and can be enjoyed at whatever temperature you would like from home. If additional heating is desired, place your roast in a solid pan. Place in pre-heated oven at 350ยฐF and warm accordingly.

Rare: 120-125ยฐF
Medium Rare: 125-130 ยฐF
Medium: 130-135ยฐF
Medium Well/Well Done 140ยฐF+
