Reheating Side Dishes
Please remember that all ovens are different and the time needed to reheat items will vary based on your oven and how full it is. Always use a thermometer for accurate re-heating.
STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES, YAMS
Oven – Place covered pan in preheated 325°F oven for 20 minutes. You can remove foil during the last ten minutes for a slightly golden crust.
Microwave – Place in a microwave safe container and heat 8 – 10 minutes on medium power.
VEGETABLE MEDLEY
Your vegetables are blanched (par-cooked) so don’t cook them too long. You just want to warm them about 10-15 min. In the oven or 5-6 minutes in the microwave on medium power.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Preheat oven to 350°F. The casserole takes longer than you may think. It will take about 20 minutes or so in the oven. For best results, remove the top for the last 10 minutes for a golden crust.
GRAVY
Pour into sauce pan and heat on low while stirring; this will prevent scorching. Don’t hesitate to add your favorite things to jazz it up a bit!
**Do not heat in plastic container**
**The microwave is not the best way to heat the gravy**
DINNER ROLLS
Remove the rolls from the bag. Heat 3-5 minutes in the oven at 275°F.
CRANBERRY SAUCE
Your cranberry sauce will taste best at room temperature.
BUTTER
Your butter is in the white bag, keep it away from heat!
